At the left side of any page is a green 'Earn Rewards' link/icon. This is the gateway for our Loyalty Rewards Program.
Repeat customers earn 2% towards future purchases, in the form of points which can be redeemed for either a $5.00 off coupon or a $10.00 off coupon.
100 points = $1.00
Example: a $100 order earns 200 points. 200 points is worth $2.00.
At least 500 points must be accumulated through purchase history to redeem for a $5.00 off coupon. At least 1000 points must be accumulated through purchase history to redeem for a $10.00 off coupon.
Please note that our large business customers with special negotiated bulk pricing do not qualify for loyalty earnings in most instances, because we have already priced your accounts as low as we can.
Instructions:
Create an account by clicking on the Create an Account link located next to the Cart icon near the upper right corner of any screen. The account is associated with an e-mail address as a login/user ID, and a password of your choice.
2nd step: Sign In before you make your purchases. The Sign In link is left of the Create an Account link. If you add items to your 'cart' and then proceed to pay, without first signing/logging in, there is an option to sign/log in also at the beginning of the payments process. Having an account also saves you LOTS of time because the ship-to name and address are already entered.
What can I redeem my points for?
Points are essentially the same as money, but not quite: they must be redeemed/traded for a coupon code. The coupon code is to be entered at the Checkout screen, and the discount is applied to your purchase. Points become a coupon code, which then becomes like money.
How do I redeem my points?
Visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view the reward redemption options. You redeem/trade your points for a discount code/coupon that can be used at the Checkout screen on your next/future purchase. For example: you redeem 500 point for a $5.00 off coupon code that can be entered as you checkout/pay for a purchase.
Is shipping free if my rewards coupon reduces my purchase total below $59?
No - so you need to add a few dollars of product to your purchase: total purchase minus coupon value must be at/above $49. Otherwise, the system adds the shipping fee.
How do I participate?
You are automatically earning loyalty earnings with your purchases if you have an account with us, whereby you login in your e-mail address and your password.
How do I check my points balance?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of the popup window as you click on the "Earn Rewards" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
No - there is no cost and no catch. If you have created an account on our site, you are already accumulating loyalty rewards. We have very low everyday prices, and if you prefer not to create an account at our site, we respect that, but you will be missing on free loyalty/referral point opportunities. It will never cost you anything to earn points.
How long will it take for points to post to my account?
You should receive loyalty points in your account instantly when a purchase is complete. Referral points are earned when a referral makes a completed purchase. All earned points continue to accumulate until you redeem them.
Do my points expire?
At this time, we have no plans to ever expire anyone's points. Your points will stay with your account indefinitely, and can be redeemed at any time.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.

I'm very close to earning a coupon. Can I buy extra points to get there?
No. Points are only earned when purchases are completed.
What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?
You may receive occasional program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.
