Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free on orders of $59 and more. A $5.00 flat shipping fee is applied to smaller orders.

Most orders ship by UPS Ground Saver. Some orders may ship by FedEx 2-day Express. Extremely light orders may qualify for USPS delivery.  Tracking is provided for orders.

On the day of delivery, you will receive an email notification that your package is out for delivery.

We ship to the 50 States and District of Columbia. If you need additional shipping options, please contact us.

Refunds and Returns: we stand by everything we sell, and will take care of you and make right any situation where any product is not functioning to your expectations.  If you are ever dissatisfied with any products within a reasonable timeframe, including more than 30 days after purchase, please discuss with us.  We provide FREE returns with free shipping and full refunds on any products sold.  Our brands of Energizer and Duracell especially, are generally bulletproof top sellers, and we rarely deal with a return/refund scenario.  Our refund policy is simple: we will take care of you without any strings attached.
