JCB Products Professional Batteries, LLC's web site is hosted and supported by Shopify, an industry leading e-commerce provider.  We partner with Shopify because of its service, security and credibility.

JCB Products cannot and does not collect credit/bank card numbers or other private financial information online.  These stay secured with Shopify Payments (Shop Pay), and other payment processing sources such as PayPal.  JCB Products cannot (is literally unable to) view your financial payment information.  We can see the last 4 digits of your payment card number for verification purposes, but no more than the last 4 digits.  We have no access to full credit card numbers, expiration dates, security codes, etc.  Nor can we be granted that permission by any payment processing authorities under any condition.

JCB Products Professional Batteries, LLC does not take credit or bank card information over the phone: this policy is for our customers' protection and peace of mind that no one here has heard or seen any credit or bank card information.  Credit/bank card payments must be made online by the buyer, through a (secure) payment link.

JCB Products Professional Batteries, LLC will not directly share your personal information with any parties.  Your contact information will be used for shipping, and to occasionally send you reminders or additional information directly from JCB Products.  Your information will not be directly shared.  We will not engage in any form of direct profiting by directly selling or giving your personal information.  We are in the battery and shipping business, not in the information business.

We have set our web site cookie selector to the minimum necessary for operation requirements, according to Shopify ecommerce settings.  The minimum.

By the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. JCB Products will cover the entire liability for you, up to $50, if an unauthorized use of your credit card resulted from purchases made while using our web site and Shopify's secure server.  If you suspect an unauthorized use of your credit card, you should immediately notify your credit card provider.
